Homes can be built on a "Wholesale" or a "Turn-Key" basis, or some combination of the two.
Wholesale: We design, manufacture, deliver and set the house on the customer's completed foundation system. The customer then coordinates the completion of the remaining on-site project activity, with our professional guidance. This method can result in significant dollar savings.
Turn-Key: We can coordinate the entire construction process, or only that portion that you want us to, with a coordination fee based on only those items in which we were involved .
Coverage areas: Generally, we cover most of Ohio, Northwestern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Indiana and Southeastern Michigan. Occassionally, we range outside this area.
