Smaller Homes:

We also offer a line of smaller, specialty modular home designs that fill paticular needs for folks such as those starting out, those desiring to simplify life with scaled-down homes (empty nesters), or those with limited budgets. They are also ideal for that vacation get-away! These homes are designed to provide simple, attractive, high quality, low cost, immediate housing that will meet or exceed local building standards. These scaled-down homes are fully modular (not HUD homes) in the 500 - 1,000 square foot size area. Standard designs arrive at your build site virtually ready for occupancy, requiring only installation on your completed foundation system and completed utility connections. Customized Designs:

Customers can also submit a design that they have developed on their own. This design is then entered into our computer-aided-design system to produce the required engineering and shop-floor prints: please click here.

High-Design Portfolio:

For those customers that want a home that is indeed something special, we offer a portfolio of up-scale designs that are breathtakingly unique, as presented in partnership with the Garnett Design Group (GDG), one of the foremost design groups in  the country. Listed below is a representative sampling from a portfolio of over 150 High-Designs, made specifically for modular structures.
